Jimbo and Reece both took time to understand and provided solutions to our situations. I appreciated that they took time to really listen and talk about the project. The crew on the roof moved like clockwork. You did everything you said you would.

Jimbo listened to our concerns and then he walked the roof and crawled the crawl spaces. He then presented some appropriate options.

Reece introduced himself and explained how the day would go. When discussing a problem area on the roof he explained to me how the different parts of the Klaus system worked and that they would use extra rows of peel-and-stick membrane in this area. This corrective action showed me that "guarantying quality at every layer of your roofing system" wasn't just sales talk. Thank you Reece.

After the crew left you would never know that eight guys just replaced a whole house roof.
