Rachel Kays serves as an Administrative Specialist at J Smegal, where she helps keep daily operations organized and running efficiently. With previous administrative experience, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to supporting both the team and the clients we serve.

After moving back to the Berkshires, Rachel was looking for an opportunity to work closer to home and become part of a local company. She enjoys being part of a team that values collaboration and is committed to providing exceptional service to every customer.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, crocheting, and exploring the outdoors through hiking. Her positive attitude, reliability, and dedication make her an important member of the J Smegal team.
