Roofing Project Manager

This person is responsible for the following, but not limited to;

• Reads all contracts and scopes of work in advance to prepare for roof installation
• Inventories all material on site before the start of installation
• Pulls materials from shop prior to the start of installation 
• Communicates with the customer through all parts of their install 
• Instructs crew and inspects work performed 
• Ensures all J Smegal and KRS procedures are followed
• Communicates with office on job status/issues
• Accurately documents work performed and job information into company CMR
• Inspects and documents property pre and post install
• Collects final payment from customer
• Responsible for all post install repairs on previous jobs
• Cleans and stocks company vehicle
• Performs and documents weekly vehicle inspections 

*Roofing Experience and a Valid Driver's License is Required
